Big Things Happening in Westlake 🌴

I had the pleasure of celebrating the Grand Opening of Fifth Third Bank; the very first bank in Westlake, Florida!

That might sound like a small milestone, but for those of us who live and work here, it’s a pretty big deal. Westlake is Florida’s newest and fastest-growing city, and moments like this show just how quickly our community is coming to life. Every ribbon cutting, every new storefront, and every handshake at an event like this reminds me that we’re part of something special being built from the ground up.

I was especially honored to be invited as the only local real estate professional in attendance, a small but meaningful reminder of how connected our growing city has become. It wasn’t about business or listings; it was about showing up, celebrating progress, and being part of the community that’s shaping Westlake’s story.

As someone who’s passionate about connecting people through homes, relationships,

and shared experiences, this event was another reminder of why I love what I do. Westlake is becoming more than just a place to live; it’s becoming a true community people are proud to belong to.

And with Palm Beach County quickly earning the nickname “Wall Street South,” it’s incredible to see how much opportunity is taking root right here in our own backyard. Westlake is part of that story; a city that’s growing fast, attracting families, businesses, and dreamers who want to be part of something new.

I’m so grateful I got to celebrate this milestone with so many familiar faces and new ones, too. The energy, excitement, and sense of connection were everything that makes Westlake such a special place to call home.
