Mondays get a bad reputation. We are about to fix that.

Starting this week, I am launching a brand new social media series called Jenni Around The Block, and it drops every single Monday.

What Is Jenni Around The Block?

Simple. Every Monday, I take you around the block with me to spotlight one of three things:

Something New. A restaurant that just opened. A new community breaking ground. A development changing the skyline. If it is new in Broward or Palm Beach, you will hear about it here first.

Something Fun Or Exciting. Local events, hidden gems, weekend plans worth making, and the spots that make South Florida feel like South Florida. The stuff you screenshot and send to your group chat.

Local News That Matters. When something breaks that affects your home, your neighborhood, or your wallet, I break it down in plain language. No jargon. No fluff. Just what it means for you.

Why I Am Doing This

Here is the truth. I do not just sell homes around the block. I live this market every single day. I know which neighborhoods are heating up before the headlines do. I hear about the new coffee shop before the grand opening. I read the local news through the lens of what it actually means for homeowners.

For years, clients have asked me the same questions. What is going on in this area? Where should we eat? Did you hear about that new project? What does that news story mean for my home value?

Jenni Around The Block is my answer to all of it. One series. Every Monday. Real local knowledge from someone who is actually on the ground.

What You Can Expect

Short, punchy, and worth your time. Some weeks it will be a quick Reel from a new spot in Coral Springs. Some weeks it will be a breakdown of a local story everyone is talking about. Some weeks it will be the event you did not know you needed on your calendar in Westlake.

What it will never be is boring.
